Stahlsac introduced a new line of dry bags at DEMA called the Stormline. The new line includes three standard dry bags, a tablet case, a 3L carry bag, an essentials pouch, three lightweight travel bags and a dry bag backpack.
The three larger dry bags have a durable transparent panel in the center and come in three sizes, 25L, 30L and 60L. The smallest bag will retail for $25, the 30L bag will go for $35 and the biggest bag will cost you $50.
The 3L carry bag and smaller blue essentials pouch are made of the same watertight materials. The essentials bag is just big enough for a smartphone, sunglasses and sunscreen – all the essential you might leave on the boat between dives.
What really caught our eye was the Stormline dry bag backpack. This top of the line accessory will not only keep your gear dry, it has a functional interior lining for everyday use. Inside the backpack has pockets for a computer, cell phone, wallet and other belongings.
If you want to get the inside of your bag wet, you can remove the interior lining which transforms the bag into a dry bag. Rumor has it, when the lining is removed the bag will fit a full bag of ice and a half dozen or more cans of your favorite beverage, making this the most versatile backpack you’ll ever need. The backpack will retail for $140 and will start shipping next month. [Stahlsac]
